Each program includes 1 hour of training for 2 days, and you can choose to register for a single program or go all-in to create a half or full-day experience for your young athlete!

Intro to Weight Lifting  

Rising 6th-10th GRADERS

7:00AM- 8:00AM

This program aims to teach the fundamentals of weight lifting with focus on mindset, technique, and confidence.  This session offers hands on educational experience teaching the key principles of safe and effective weight lifting to better prepare participants to lift at school, with a team, or independently.

Intro to Sports Performance

Rising 6th-10th GRADERS

8:30AM-9:30AM

This program aims to teach fundamentals of speed, agility, and jumping with focus on safe performance of important pillars of athleticism: speed, agility, power, body control, and coordination.  This session includes instruction of proper running form, efficient change of direction, jumping technique, and drills to improve all aspects of athleticism and sports performance.

Football

Football Performance

Rising 6th-10th GRADERS 10:00AM-11:00AM

This high-intensity training program is tailored specifically for football athletes looking to take their performance to the next level. Expect to see improvements in speed, agility, explosive power, and positional footwork, all while building the strength and conditioning needed to dominate on the field. You’ll push your limits through cutting-edge drills and explosive movements designed to give you the competitive edge. Whether you're perfecting your route running or strength in pass blocking, this program is the ultimate prep to crush the competition and dominate your fall season

Intro to Sports Nutrition

Rising 6th-12th GRADERS

11:30AM-12:15PM

In this interactive program, participants will learn how to fuel their bodies for optimal performance both before and after workouts or competition.  With a focus on healthy balance, proper meal structuring, and understanding macronutrients; this session will equip participants with the knowledge to maximize energy, enhance recovery, boost performance, and identify food or drinks to avoid.  Nutritious meal will be provided.

Reload and Reset

Rising 6th-12th GRADERS

12:45PM-1:15PM

This program focuses on enhancing recovery and improving mobility to support peak athletic performance and decrease risk for injury.  Participants will be introduced to various myofascial release techniques to alleviate tightness and soreness and improve muscle function.  Emphasis will be placed on proper mobility of key areas such as trunk, pelvis, ankles, and shoulder; with special attention to arm care for overhead athletes (tennis, volleyball, softball, baseball).  This session will equip participants with the tools to recover efficiently, prevent injury, and maintain optimal movement patterns for sustained performance.

Basketball

Basketball Performance

Rising 6th-10th GRADERS

1:30PM-2:30PM

This program is designed for athletes looking to elevate their basketball performance with focus on building strength, agility, and endurance specific to the demands of the game.  Participants will work on improving explosive power, lateral movement, vertical jump, overall speed, and ball handling.  This session includes drills to improve reaction time and injury prevention giving participants the tools they need to perform at their best on the court.

This session is designed to strengthen the mental game of athletes by focusing on building mental toughness, resilience, and discipline.  Participants will learn techniques for managing stress and anxiety, enhancing focus, and staying cool under pressure.  The program includes practices such as meditation, journaling and goal setting, and visualization, helping athletes develop a powerful mindset to overcoming obstacles and perform with confidence.  Whether you’re looking to improve your mental clarity or achieve your athletic goals, this session will provide you with the tools to unlock your full potential.

Earn the Edge Sports Performance: Full Day Summer Series Experience

Maximize your athlete’s summer with the Full Day Experience at Earn the Edge! This program includes multiple high-energy sessions designed to enhance performance, build skills, and promote lifelong healthy habits.

Program Includes:

  • 7 Sessions focused on improving athletic performance, sports skills, healthy habits, and mindset.

  • 30-Minute Unstructured Free Time between sessions with limited supervision, allowing athletes to relax, socialize, and refuel.

  • Lunch Provided during the Sports Nutrition Session, where athletes will learn essential nutrition tips to optimize their performance and recovery.
