At Earn the Edge Performance, we offer two distinct training options to meet the needs of athletes at different stages of development: the General Athlete Strength & Conditioning Class and the Elite Sports Performance Program. Each program is designed to help athletes reach their full potential, but they differ in focus, structure, and customization. Here's how they compare:

General Youth Athlete Strength & Conditioning Class
When: Tuesdays and Fridays, 6:45 - 7:45 PM; Thursdays 5:30-6:30PM
Ages: Youth athletes ages 10-14
Our General Athlete Strength & Conditioning Class is perfect for young athletes looking to build a solid foundation in overall strength, endurance, and fitness. This class is high-intensity and focuses on general physical development—including strength, cardiovascular conditioning, agility, and mobility. It’s designed to give athletes a comprehensive workout, improving their general fitness level and preparing them for the demands of their sport, no matter what that may be.
In this group setting, athletes work in a larger group and follow the same generalized programming. The focus is on improving overall athleticism, and the energy is high to match the intensity of the workout. Because of the larger group size, there is less individualized attention, but the aim is to get youth athletes moving, building strength, and developing proper form in a fun and challenging environment.

Elite Sports Performance Program
When: Scheduled directly with Laura, Monday through Friday 7:45-8:45pm
Ages: Athletes over 10 years old
In contrast, our Elite Sports Performance Program is for athletes who want a highly individualized approach to their training. Whether you’re training for a specific sport or general elite-level performance, this program is designed to optimize your athletic development based on the unique findings of your Functional Movement Screen (FMS) assessment. Every athlete in this program receives a personalized training plan, addressing their specific mobility issues, muscle imbalances, strength goals, and performance needs.
With smaller groups (capped at 4 athletes), this program allows for focused, individualized attention during each session. Athletes perform exercises tailored specifically to their assessment results and goals, ensuring that each workout targets their specific areas of improvement. The goal is to maximize performance, whether that means improving speed, strength, power, or injury prevention.
